Return Policy

Refund or Exchange

All purchases returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a refund or exchange when returned in new, unused condition. See below for details. Items must be in original packaging and suitable for resale. 

  • We do not charge restocking fees on exchanges. A modest Shipping Fee will apply for all exchanges. Please contact our office to determine the Shipping and Handling Fee (S&H).  
  • We do charge restocking fees of 20% on returns. 
  • We do not refund outbound shipping cost unless there was a mistake on our end. 
  • We do not pay for return shipping. If there was a mistake on our end, we will provide a means for the return. 

Ordered Wrong Parts?

If you ordered the wrong items and you can't use them, don't worry. As long as they are in mint condition, you can return them. 

  • If you just want to return the parts, we'll issue you a check, less our 20% restocking fee and our original outbound shipping cost, once the items have been received and inspected. 
  • If you identify the correct products you want and wish to make an exchange, simply return what you can't use and tell us what items you need.  We'll make the exchange, adjust the order total to reflect any difference in cost, debit or credit your account as necessary, and ship your new parts out as fast as possible. There is a flat rate $5.20 exchange shipping charge. 

Packing Error?

Didn't get what you ordered? Even with packing controls in place, this may happen. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We will contact you promptly to arrange for delivery of the correct items and we will provide a means for the return of the wrong parts. Kindly call us at (772) 882-6644 or send an email to info@softdentalgrips.com with following information: 

  • Invoice number 
  • Description of incorrect items 
  • Telephone number where you can be reached 

When returning parts, please pack well! 

If not properly packed, parts can be damaged in shipping. Please use original packing materials when possible. If they come back damaged or broken, no refund will be given. This does happen. 

Contacting Us

Email is the best way to contact us for problems with your order. Our customer service folks frequently work long but limited hours. We also welcome your telephone calls. We cannot always answer the telephone immediately. If we do not answer, please leave a detailed message and telephone number where you can be reached. We WILL return your call by the end of the next business day. Be sure to include your invoice number in all communications about your order.
